Leak found in gold-plated roof of Sabarimala Temple

A leak has been found in the gold-plated roof of the Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa Temple, which will be repaired by the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) at the earliest. The temple head priest, Kandararu Rajeevaru, gave permission for the repair. An official said that the TDB, the apex temple body which manages the shrine, would bear the cost of the repair.
