Leak likely caused Raj refinery fire ahead of inauguration by PM: HPCL

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) said a leak was the likely cause of the fire at its joint venture refinery in Rajasthan. It added that restoration work is expected to be completed within three to four weeks, with the crude distillation unit restart likely in May. The fire broke out a day before the scheduled inauguration by PM Narendra Modi.
