Leaked audio reveals racist remarks by LA City Council members, Prez asked to resign

Los Angeles City Council President Nury Martinez is facing calls to resign after a leaked audio recording revealed racist and disparaging remarks made by her and other leaders during a meeting last year. In the recording, Martinez compared the Black child of a White council member to a "changuito", Spanish for "little monkey" and mocked Oaxacan immigrants living in Koreatown.
