Leave pity city: CEO tells employees when asked about late bonuses

Office furniture company Herman Miller's CEO Andi Owen told employees to "leave pity city" after she was asked about delayed bonuses. "Don't ask about: What are we going to do if we don't get a bonus?" she said. Quoting an ex-employer, she said, "You can visit pity city, but you can't live there...So people, leave pity city...Let's get it done."
