Lebanon on the verge of an all-out war: UN chief Guterres

Lebanon is "on the verge of an all-out war", but there's still time to stop, UN Secretary-General António Guterres has said. "I have warned for months of the risks of the conflict spreading...There is something fundamentally wrong in the way this war is being conducted," Guterres added. "No place is safe in Gaza and no one is safe," he said.
