Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, operating hotels across upscale to economy segments in India and international markets, jumped 4.14% to ₹155.90 after announcing a major restructuring plan. It has announced to unlock value and raise funds for future growth. As part of this plan, the company will split its business into two separate entities.
