Lenskart in talks to raise $400 mn led by SoftBank: Report

SoftBank is reportedly in talks to lead a $400-million funding round in Faridabad-based eyewear startup Lenskart through its $100-billion Vision Fund. The deal will reportedly value the startup at close to $1.5 billion, marking its entry into the billion-dollar startup (unicorn) club. The deal will also reportedly include about $100 million of a secondary share sale by existing investors.
