Leopard kills & drags farmer's pet dog in Pune, video surfaces

A leopard killed and dragged the pet dog of a farmer in Nere village near Hinjewadi IT Park in Pune on Wednesday, visuals of which surfaced online. The CCTV footage shows the leopard approaching the dog, who was tied to a leash. "We've stepped up night patrolling...and created awareness among locals to guard against such attacks," a forest official said.
