Let me be blunt, that wasn't mediation: Tharoor on US' role in India-Pak ceasefire

After US President Donald Trump said US mediated stoppage of hostilities between India and Pakistan, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said Foreign Minister S Jaishankar reaching out to US didn't mean India was requesting mediation. "Let me be blunt about it...These kinds of contacts were going on throughout...three-four days...That's not mediation." He said US just tried to "play a constructive role".
