An autopsy report has revealed that One Direction singer Liam Payne died from "polytrauma" and "an internal and external haemorrhage" after he fell to death from the balcony of a hotel room in Argentina. The fall resulted in a combination of head injuries, organ damage, and bleeding, ultimately leading to his death. His body suffered 25 injuries, including brain trauma.
