Libraries used by IAS aspirants double their fees after illegal basements shut in Delhi

After MCD action on illegally-run basements in coaching centres, civil services aspirants claimed licensed libraries in Old Rajinder Nagar and surrounding areas have doubled their fees. Monthly fees in Patel Nagar have also risen to ₹4,000-₹5,000, when earlier it ranged from ₹2,000-₹3,000. MCD's action came after three students were killed in flooding in basement of Rau's coaching centre.
