Life sentence of ex-BJP MLA Kuldeep in Unnao rape case suspended by Delhi HC

Delhi High Court on Tuesday suspended the life sentence of former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar for the rape of a 17-year-old girl in Unnao in 2017. The court ordered Sengar not to come within a 5-kilometre radius of the victim's residence and to remain in Delhi. He has also been asked to report to police every Monday.
