NBCUniversal has announced that its Chairman of Global Advertising and Partnerships Linda Yaccarino has quit the company, effective immediately. The development comes amid reports that Yaccarino is in advanced talks to become Twitter's next CEO. Earlier on Friday, Elon Musk had announced that he has hired a new Twitter CEO and she will be starting her role in six weeks.
