Linde India to acquire assets from Tata Steel; jumps 6%

Linde India Ltd’s share price increased by over 6%, reaching an intra-day high of ₹7,641.6 per share, after announcing a major plant sale agreement with Tata Steel Ltd. This agreement includes the acquisition of two 1800 TPD air separation units (ASUs) from Tata Steel's Kalinganagar phase two expansion project.
