LinkedIn co-founder Hoffman to quit Microsoft's board after 10 yrs
LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman is set to leave Microsoft's board of directors after almost a decade, having decided not to stand for re-election. Hoffman will remain a director until Microsoft's annual meeting, which will be held at the end of the year. Hoffman sold LinkedIn to Microsoft for $26.2 billion in 2016 before joining Microsoft's board early the next year.
