LinkedIn moves NCLAT against ₹27 lakh RoC penalty on CEO, execs

Microsoft-owned LinkedIn challenged a ₹27 lakh penalty imposed by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). RoC had fined LinkedIn India, LinkedIn Ireland, Satya Nadella and LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky over alleged lapses in disclosing significant beneficial ownership details. Interim relief has been granted to the firm by staying the RoC order.
