Liquor sales restricted for Dasara, MLC polls in Bengaluru

Bengaluru will impose temporary liquor sale restrictions from October 21, 2026, ahead of Dasara processions and Karnataka Legislative Council elections. The restrictions will affect specified police station limits and several city divisions until October 23. A separate dry day will be observed in the Ulsoor Gate police station jurisdiction on October 27 during vote counting.
