List of global cities with rising residential prices released; Mumbai & Delhi in top 3

Mumbai and Delhi have been ranked second and third in terms of price rise of prime residential properties in Knight Frank's list of 44 global cities. Residential property prices in Mumbai have witnessed an annual growth of 13%, the report showed. Meanwhile, Delhi jumped from 26th position in year-ago period to third rank in June quarter with 10.6% year-on-year rise.
