Other nations include Slovakia, Norway, Sweden, Oman, Ethiopia, Namibia, Ghana, Cyprus, Mauritius, Kuwait, Guyana and Barbados. He also got honours from Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Bahrain, Palestine, and Afghanistan.
