Literacy can curb crime: Policeman on starting teaching classes in MP

Bakhat Singh, a 41-year-old policeman, has started study centre-cum-library in police station in Madhya Pradesh. He reportedly teaches children from class four onwards from 7 am to 10 am everyday. He also teaches aspirants of competitive exams. "We want to build positive image of police. I believe that literacy and good moral teaching can curb crime in society," Bakhat said.
