Live bird, bird droppings and contamination risks found at Dabur plant: FDA

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has flagged several lapses at a Dabur plant in Dadra and Nagar Haveli. "A live bird and bird droppings were found in the raw material warehouse, approximately 30 feet from...packaging materials," the report from January 2026 said. The report also highlighted microbiological contamination risks at the plant.
