Living on 'prostitution' income is illegal: Advocate Deepak Somani

Under Section 4 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, any person who knowingly enjoys or lives on income derived from prostitution shall be punished with imprisonment for two years. This provision is intended to curb 'prostitution' as a means of earning, according to Advocate Deepak Somani.
