Lloyds Banking Group to lay off IT employees in UK

Lloyds is restructuring its IT department in the UK. Lloyds Banking Group is reportedly laying off IT employees in the UK while expanding in India, aiming for nearly half of its tech workforce overseas by year-end. The bank plans to have around 4,000 permanent employees focused on technology and data in India by the end of the year.
