Local & foreign liquor prices to rise in Uttar Pradesh from Apr 1

Liquor prices are set to increase in Uttar Pradesh from April 1 in accordance with the state’s new excise policy. Price of local liquor will increase by around ₹5 per bottle and price of local liquor with 36% alcohol content will rise from ₹165 to ₹173 per bottle. Meanwhile foreign liquor will become costlier by ₹10 to ₹30 per bottle.
