Local leader seen on swing as contaminated water kills people in Indore, says was tired

A local councillor, Kamal Vaghela, was seen swinging even as contaminated water in Indore killed at least seven people. When asked about this, Vaghela said he was tired after walking for six hours. Notably, Vaghela was also seen in a video talking rudely to a journalist after MP minister Kailash Vijayvargiya dubbed the question about contamination "useless".
