Locals complain about India's 1st musical road which plays 'Jai Ho', say 'Can't sleep'

The people residing in societies near India's first musical road in Mumbai, which plays the 'Jai Ho' song when a vehicle passes, have written to BMC complaining that the "constant, muffled, intrusive background noise" is forcing them to keep windows shut. They claim that drivers are also getting distracted. One resident said they haven't been able to sleep.
