Locals loot flower pots kept for CM Nitish Kumar's visit in Bihar

The district administration in Bihar's Buxar placed hundreds of flower pots on the road outside the District Guest House to welcome CM Nitish Kumar. When Kumar laid the foundation stones for developmental projects and left, locals rushed to loot the flower pots, a video of which surfaced online. They managed to steal all the pots before government officials could act.
