Lodha brothers settle family dispute over 'Lodha' trademark

Brothers Abhishek and Abhinandan Lodha have amicably settled a family dispute over the trademark 'Lodha' through a mediation process. Under the settlement terms, Abhishek-led Macrotech Developers will retain exclusive rights over 'Lodha' and 'Lodha Group' brand names. Meanwhile, Abhinandan will have the right to use the brand name 'House of Abhinandan Lodha' (HoABL).
