Lodha Developers to sell shares at ₹483-₹486 apiece in ₹2,500-cr IPO

Lodha Developers, which has been renamed Macrotech Developers, will open its ₹2,500-crore IPO on April 7. The issue price of the IPO, which will close on April 9, has been fixed at ₹483-₹486 apiece. This is the developer's third attempt at an IPO. It had previously shelved plans to go public in 2009 and 2018 due to unfavourable market conditions.
