Lodha to exit UK, sell 2 London projects for ₹4,200 crore

Lodha Developers has said it will exit the UK property market and sell its equity interest in its two London projects for around ₹4,200 crore. Lodha will continue to be the development manager of these projects and finish construction. The Mumbai-based company will also raise about ₹800 crore by selling stake in projects in India to private equity firms.
