Pune-based logistics startup Xpressbees has acquired courier firm Trackon in an all-cash deal. Trackon's Co-founder Prabhat Kumar Anand will continue to lead the company for at least the next two years, while three other co-founders have resigned, The Economic Times reported. Xpressbees turned unicorn last year after raising $300 million from investors including Blackstone Growth and ChrysCapital.
