The second phase of LS polls covers 88 constituencies across 13 states. Originally 89, Betul polling was postponed due to the candidate's death. In 2019, the BJP-led NDA won 56 seats and the UPA 24. Notable candidates include Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Tejasvi Surya, and Hema Malini. The wealthiest candidate, Venkataramane Gowda,declares Rs 622 crore, while Laxman Nagorao Patil has Rs 500.
