London-bound plane makes emergency landing at B'luru airport after technical snag

A London-bound Virgin Atlantic flight carrying 270 passengers made an emergency landing at Bengaluru airport on Sunday after developing a technical issue. The aircraft took off around 8:20 am but later circled near Tumakuru for over 30 minutes before returning to Bengaluru. All passengers were reportedly safe, BIAL sources said, adding that the landing was made as a precaution.
