London-based CEO offers to pay employees in gold to beat inflation

London-based Cameron Parry, the CEO of financial services company TallyMoney, has offered his employees the possibility to get paid in gold rather than pounds in order to beat inflation. "With the cost of living crisis going from bad to worse, it didn't make sense to continue offering pay hikes in pounds when its value is being eroded further," Parry said.
