Longer retirements are pushing investors to look beyond traditional savings. Gaja Alternative Asset Management's Gopal Jain said portfolios must keep growing while protecting against inflation, with diversification across equities, AIFs, REITs and InvITs. He also said alternative capital could help fund India's deep-tech and innovation economy.
