Lookout circular issued against Twisha Sharma's husband

A lookout circular has been issued against Twisha Sharma's husband and lawyer Samarth Singh, who's absconding after she was found dead at his Bhopal home five months after wedding. The police took this step amid speculations that he could flee the country. Six special teams have been formed to track him down and a ₹10,000-reward has been announced for information.
