Lookout notice for UK national who owns property housing club where fire killed 25

A lookout notice has been issued for Surinder Kumar Khosla who owns the property where Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub is located in Goa, police said. Khosla is a British national, revealed Deputy Inspector General of Police Varsha Sharma. A fire at the nightclub killed 25 people, after which the club's owners absconded.
