Lord’s Mark acquires 85-year-old transformer maker

Lord’s Mark Industries has acquired Radio Electric, owner of the Radiotone brand, gaining specialised transformer technology, established industrial customers and export relationships. The acquisition also provides available manufacturing capacity and could support expansion into BESS, medical devices and other electrical applications.
