Lord Shiva statue in Rishikesh fully visible as Ganga level falls
Lord Shiva's statue at Ganga ghat near Parmarth Niketan Ashram is now fully visible as the water level in Uttarakhand's Rishikesh has fallen. A video showed that water level has reached below the lower portion of the stone sculpture. On Tuesday, the statue was seen in a partially-submerged state. Ganga's water level had risen above danger level after Monday's rainfall.
