Lord Shiva temple goes 4 ft under water as Kerala's Periyar River swells

Manappuram Sree Mahadev Temple in Kerala's Aluva has been partially submerged under water after heavy rainfall. This comes as water level of Kerala's Periyar River is continuously increasing. A video showed the Lord Shiva temple submerged in around three-four feet of water. As per reports, some devotees are stuck in the temple. Few men were seen swimming towards the temple.
