Losing 10 kg can reduce chances of heart attack: Fitness trainer

Renowned fitness trainer Chirag Barjatya said that India is becoming an obese country as children and youngsters suffering from obesity is rising. Talking about the impact of weight loss, he further said, "If you weigh 85 kg and you reduce your weight by 10 kg, then you have reduced the chances of a heart attack in the coming year."
