Lost 7.7 kg, demand apology: Indian-origin man jailed for 47 days in false US kidnapping case

An Indian-origin man, who was jailed for 47 days in a false attempted kidnapping case in US, has demanded a public apology from the police and district attorney. "I lost 17 pounds (7.7 kg) in jail...didn't get my medicines...lived on bread, peanut butter, and milk," he said. A woman had claimed he tried to grab her child at Walmart.
