Lost 7 yrs of culture in 24 hrs: Founder of startup acquired by WeWork

David Fano, the Founder of construction and building design startup CASE, said that in the process of being acquired by WeWork, they almost lost their seven-year-old culture in 24 hours. Fano revealed that CASE didn't have employee agreements when WeWork asked for them. "We sent an email to entire company asking them...to return signed [agreements] within 24 hours," he added.
