Lost Mayan city found by accident in Mexican jungle
Archaeologists have discovered a huge Mayan city hidden by vegetation in Mexico's Campeche. They found over 6,000 ancient Mayan structures, pyramids, sports fields and amphitheatres in the city they're calling 'Valeriana'. They found the city "by accident" when one archaeologist browsed data on the internet and found the city in a Lidar survey on the 16th page of Google Search.
