Lovlina Borgohain completes major medal collection with maiden CWG silver

Lovlina Borgohain won silver after losing to Australia’s Emma-Sue Greentree in the women’s 75kg boxing final at CWG 2026. The result gave Lovlina her maiden Commonwealth Games medal, completing a major-event collection that already includes an Olympic bronze, a World Championships gold and an Asian Games silver. It was India’s seventh boxing medal in Glasgow and second boxing silver overall.
