LPG cylinders, which cost ₹942 in India, available for ₹3,500 in Pakistan

The LPG crisis in Pakistan has intensified sharply, with prices rising to PKR 750/kilogram in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and PKR 600/kilogram in Peshawar, reports said. Prices of LPG cylinders have also skyrocketed, exceeding PKR 10,000 (nearly ₹3,500), compared with the ₹942 price tag in India. This is despite the government fixing the official LPG price at PKR 279.34/kilogram.
