LPL team co-owner and India U-19 World Cup hero Manjot Kalra arrested over match-fixing attempt
Lanka Premier League (LPL) franchise Jaffna Kings co-owner and ex-India Under-19 cricketer Manjot Kalra has been arrested in Sri Lanka for allegedly attempting to bribe an LPL player. Kalra was produced before magistrate and remanded until July 31. His associate, Indian national Yuvraj Pushpa, was also arrested. Kalra scored an unbeaten century in Under-19 World Cup 2018 final against Australia.
