LS polls in Tamil Nadu's Vellore cancelled after ₹11.5 cr seized

The Election Commission has cancelled Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu's Vellore constituency after ₹11.5 crore was seized from a warehouse belonging to a DMK official in Vellore. This comes after President Ram Nath Kovind approved the recommendation of the commission. The polls were scheduled to take place for Vellore constituency in the second phase on Thursday.
