LS Speaker to hear both TMC factions before final decision: Report

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will hear both factions of the TMC, including the faction led by Mamata Banerjee, before taking a final decision on recognising the defected MPs, PTI reported. The speaker's office has reportedly sent a mail to the Mamata Banerjee-led faction seeking its opinion. Twenty MPs from the defected faction earlier met with the Speaker seeking recognition.
