LSG smash highest total of IPL 2023, defeat DC by 50 runs

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeated Delhi Capitals (DC) by 50 runs in their IPL 2023 opener. LSG put up a total of 193/6 in their 20 overs, the highest total in IPL 2023 so far. LSG opener Kyle Mayers top-scored with 73(38), while their fast bowler Mark Wood recorded first five-wicket haul of IPL 2023, registering figures of 4-0-14-5.
